Gaslight Square, which was located in St. Louis from approximately 1957 to 1967, was a hip, bohemian artistic area located in an area close to the intersection of Olive and Boyle Streets. It was also known nationally as an entertainment district and regularly saw famous and soon to be famous performers appear in many of the clubs here.
