Many great rock concerts where held here including:

The Denver Pop Festival, a three-day music festival was held here June 27-June 29, 1969. It was largely overshadowed by Woodstock two months later which had a much more popular lineup.

The final show of The 1988 Monsters of Rock Festival Tour on July 30, 1988.

Ozzfest was held here on June 24, 1997 and again on June 21, 2001.

The stadium was closed in 2001 and demolished the following year.
