Former Location - The Peppermint Lounge opened in 1958, this was the "hip" place to be in the early sixties. The club got a lot of attention after "Peppermint Twist" by the Starliters went to #1.

Artists who performed here include The Beach Boys, The Ronettes (who made their professional debut here in 1961), The Crystals, The Isley Brothers, Chubby Checker, Liza Minnelli, and The Four Seasons.
